Carlsbad police are cool and have jurisdiction to protect several homes I own and rent out in Carlsbad as well as one Condo often posted as a place I live in. Anyone knocking on such door will be greeted by a young couple who send rent to me at my PO Box in Cardiff by the Sea.

AND THEN THEN found DM with fully open n exposed IP posting details on how he Molested and Raped his own Students at Sacred Heart Academy. Hummmmmmmm reminds me that Leo of the Banned show was going to call that school and see what they officially say about why DM left.
DM said they no longer planned on teaching French yet only three weeks later School hired a new French Teacher.

Cousin who has a nice law practice within walking distance from me in Cardiff by the Sea points out Libel n Slander when the Identity Theft occurred and wot a mess the difference tween Libel n Slander.
Been far too many years since I had my Minor as Law while going for my EE at UCLA. Of course two years of Law which was Torts only when it comes down to it - taught me a vital lesson on the Laws in USA.
One has to be a fool to think that even 6 years of law wood make for a good attorney. I have hired many attorneys n mostly for IRS yes IRS & Business & & & Real Estate and but as well as Patents and of course one hell of a 3.5 year in court divorce with Me again Gloria Allread (she had crapola law firm) and then a couple of restraining orders re a 3.5 year live in relationship as described here yesterday.
Attorneys will say yes to a case but they expect YOU to pay them to study up on details of law re a specific case. All research for their self training is charged OFF to YOU. So one really has to find an Attorney who has a track record on a specific case with a winning record. Attorneys are not the most honest of people in general.
Best to ask friends and business associates for recommendations and then do a web search with LexisNexis etc to find out track records. Best Real Estate Attorney ever was found that way when two friends who lived 50 miles apart came up with the same name. Saved me $100's of Thousands but even more important made me feel far more better about myself.
