He's right, you know. Halo CE in its day was a top-notch FPS, and even today it holds up IMO.

It sure does. It's pretty impressive for a FPS game from the early 2000s to still hold up so we'll today. It actually has quite modern mechanics such as a lot of checkpoints and health/shield regen.

Well, when I can, I'll have to replay 343 Guilty Spark. The atmosphere in that level is absolutely masterful, it still gives me chills even today. And that soundtrack!
Two Betrayals is also a favourite, I love seeing the Covenant and The Flood throwing everything they have at each other, and John is just in the middle of it.

Halo 3 was leagues better. Halo 3 had the singular best video game campaign of all time, and multiplayer was legendary.
