What is really so sad with membership of chans in general are the many who do not even go out for fresh air. Today I spent most of my day at the Cardiff by the Sea Greek Festival and that was after a couple of hours in my Ocean a Blue and 5 miles of of my daily run and completed on a 24 hour fitness treadmill and my actually total miles exceeded Ten but I do not need to brag but running on a thread mill once you get going you just keep going and going so its very different than watching out for rocks and holes kids dig in the sand when running on the beach and kids toys etc
Then the Greek Festival with photo Lamb on spit and by the time I got past the other food and was ready for my lamb fix THEY RAN OUT - Then to the monthly Zydeco dance in Balboa park and then to a blues club in Gaslamp district of SD for blues dancing
So tomorrow Lamb will be my Lunch choice and then move on to several Jitterbug dance events

Do you have a clue what he does not even know at this moment?
